The Workload plugin for JIRA lets you display a calendar with all the information on your team’s workload and their assigned tasks in a simple and fun way! So try it now! It’s free on the Atlassian Marketplace.
It’s very easy! Workload distributes the time remaining for each task over the calendar, from the current day until the due date set for each task.
The Workload plugin also includes a fun way to rate the users’ morale based on their workload. If you move the mouse over the calendar, you’ll see different avatars and a description of the assigned workload, so you can have fun while you work!
You can select a group of users and show the workload for all its members. If the user is not the project leader, he’ll only see his own groups. Otherwise, he can select any group.
There is a drop-down list with all the filters the user can apply, depending on the permissions and visibility assigned to that user.
You can activate or deactivate the color intensity of the cells to change their visibility
If you want, you can toggle on and off the ability to see the % within each cell.
You can change the calendar and move forward and backward through the months.
