We want to transform organizations through teamwork with a 360º specialization in Atlassian. Our main goal is to help our customers overcome obstacles, complexities and facilitate growth and autonomy thanks to collaborative tools such as Jira Software, Jira Service Managment or Confluence.

We tell you details about how we are currently organized and our benefits: 😉

• You will be able to work from home or go to the office whenever you want, you decide! However, if a client needs to hold a face-to-face meeting, we must attend punctually (it is not necessary to live in Madrid).
• Flexible hours to adapt the working day to your needs (we usually work 8 hours from Monday to Thursday and 7 on Fridays, July and August) But not every day is the same; if one day you are not giving the best of you, disconnect and if another day you have found inspiration, give it hard!
• Permanent contract.
• 24 working days of vacation + December 24th and 31st.
• You will be able to take the necessary exams to obtain the certifications related to your job, financed by DEISER.
• English or other language classes two days a week.
• Free attendance to technology events if the current situation allows it.
• We have a fairly flat structure, we understand our work as a role and we are all equal regardless of the role we play.
• Possibility of flexible remuneration in: meal tickets, transport, childcare and health insurance

We have a wide variety of clients from different sectors (Tourism, Banking, Insurance, Technology and Development, Communications, Advertising, etc) with very different needs.

As you can imagine, the variety of projects is infinite: some will be short and simple and may not pose a great challenge in terms of acquiring new knowledge but you will work on many of great technical complexity that will surely test your research skills, your creativity and growth when proposing solutions and why not, some uncertainty.

What do we expect from you? 😊

• You must have at least 3 years of experience managing Jira and Confluence.
• You have a good level of English.
• That you know how to manage projects from start to finish, since your job will consist of holding meetings with our customers in order to analyze their needs, design and build the technical solution and once accepted implement it (configure and integrate Atlassian applications).
• You must be a responsible and autonomous person in your work, with great communication skills. You will be part of a great team but in many occasions you will be the visible head of the project in our client.
• It will be useful if you have programming skills (Java, Javascript, Groovy) since in many occasions we have to adapt Jira to meet the client's needs.
• If you have given training on the tools it would be an added value!
