Communicate the status of my projects
Use the built-in fields to communicate the situation of the project, facilitate its monitoring and share relevant information with the teams and people of your choice.
With Projectrak's project navigator or list view, you will be able to search among all your projects, e.g. filtering by those you lead or are assigned to.
The releases view allows you to view all the planned deliveries or releases of your projects and you will be able to modify the dates without having to enter each project.
Make bulk updates of all your projects: roles, components, category or associated layout. Besides, if you are a Jira Admin, you can carry out massive deletions of information.
Create graphs and tables with information from your projects using five types of gadgets that you can embed into Jira dashboards and view in real time.

Step 1.
Create your fields
Create custom data fields for your projects. There are up to eleven types that will allow you to track relevant information for you.
Step 2.
Design your screen layout
Decide how to organize and distribute, on the screen, the data fields you created in the previous step, give the layout a name and save it for step 3.
Step 3.
Associate it with your projects
Associate the layout you just designed with the fields you want to be displayed within. Now you can feed the fields included in the layout with data.
Step 4.
Set it as 'by default'
To save time you can set the layout "by default" for any of the three project types that Jira offers: Service Desk, Business or Software.
Use Projectrak in the Conditions and/or Validators to condition the progress of an issue; update project data with Post-functions from the Projectrak Script console.
Feed List type fields with values extracted from external databases, such as external master tables to Jira; just configure the connection string and query and voila.
Perform custom and specific calculations, either with Projectrak fields or with data added to the issues. It is possible to achieve this with Script type fields.
It is possible to see the status or delivery date of the project within each issue; you can also use this data in Jira gadgets or other reporting apps.
