Devoteam strengthens its presence in Spain with the acquisition of Deiser, an Atlassian Platinum Partner

The acquisition aligns with the European technology consultancy’s expansion strategy, reinforcing its commitment to leading AI-driven transformation for its clients in Spain

Madrid, 27 January 2026 – Devoteam, a leading European technology consulting company, announces the acquisition of Deiser, a Spanish company specializing in Atlassian solutions, with the aim of strengthening its position in the Spanish market and expanding its service offering in the field of collaborative project management.

With this transaction, Devoteam incorporates more than 60 highly qualified Deiser professionals into its team. Deiser is recognized for its leadership in consulting and the development of Atlassian solutions, as well as for its extensive track record supporting large Spanish companies and multinationals in their digitalization and process optimization efforts.

The acquisition supports Devoteam’s expansion strategy in Southern Europe and reinforces the company’s commitment to leading the Artificial Intelligence-based transformation of the Iberian Peninsula. This integration enables Devoteam to enhance its capabilities in collaborative tools and agile project management, adding Deiser’s expertise in the implementation of Atlassian solutions.
