Basic project search

Use the search criteria of interest to find projects meeting one or more conditions. Search by fields such as status or priority, or by a specific text, a date, etc.

Upgrade project search

Advanced project searches allow finding projects by a specific property, even those with empty properties, or by using the currentUser() function to find users.

Add & sort columns

In the List View, columns represent project fields; choose how to organize and add them according to your needs (Cumulative or Script fields cannot be sorted.)

Save search filters

Save time by keeping past searches as filters. Filters serve as direct access to your favorite searches or the ones you use the most in your day-to-day.

Share the filters

Once searches are saved as filters, share them with colleagues; this action guarantees specific project data is available for other team members to track them easily.

Export data to Excel

Export project information to Excel, that one currently displayed on your List View screen; this allows you to create reports easily or using the data to other means.
